I am again due to thank Rob from San Antonio, TX for this rather special little shirt from the MLS. Following a much needed from the rubbish moniker Dallas Burn (which sounds like a euphemism for a sexually transmitted disease to me) in 2005 the club also adopted a new colour scheme. If you have the chance to adopt the colours and shirt of any team in the world surely you would pick one of the true greats like Barcelona, AC Milan or St Mirren? Would you really pick the same look as Hamilton Academical and Doncaster Rovers? Luckily for FC Dallas their shirt looks a lot better. The badge which is unmistakably Texan with the longhorn cattle motif nicely tops off some very good work by Adidas. This shirt carries the name and number of centre forward and former Manchester united trainee, Kenny Cooper. Amongst Cooper's other former clubs are such other soccer luminaries as Plymouth Argyle and 1860 Munich. The LH logo on the sleeve is in memoriam of former franchise owner Lamar Hunt.
