Operario hail from the city of Campo Grange in western Brazil. The club's history is thankfully a bit more interesting than the away shirt. The club was formed by construction workers in the late 1930s and the name operario means factory worker showing the club's industrial roots. Champs are generally a very good Brazilian manufacturer and while this shirt won't win any design awards it's very well made. The club badge follows the standard Brazilian format of stripes, diagonal sash with the club name or initials and a football in the top left hand corner. Another much valued addition to the museum from our man in Sao Paulo, Bira Rezende.
