Once again my good friend Anton has come up trumps and provided me with a stonker of a shirt. The Umbro design allows the plain white shirt to look classic and avoid being to boring. The simplicity of the badge design adds to this. The name on the back of the shirt is that of Andrey Perov, left footed midfielder who once played for the delightfully named team "Gaz-Gaz". During the 2006 season when they wore this shirt Torpedo were relegated to the Russian second division. This is in many ways the perfect collector's shirt as it is long sleeved and has a player name and number. The fact that the name is in the Cyrillic alphabet only makes it cooler.
