This is an interesting shirt as Diadora seem to have used aspects of the design of this shirt on Scotland shirts of the same period. The blue and gold colour scheme looks very similar to the home variant and the chest design is reminiscent of the inverted colour saltire on the white away shirt. The shirt also has a rather unusual 3/4 length sleeve which I have only seen on Deportivo Guadalajara shirts in the past. The club themselves hail from Quito, capital of Ecuador and not surprisingly evolved from a University club. Credit for this fantastic shirt must go to my friend from Cuenca, Fausto.
